SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 6.5.2019

 

Viewers remained unenthused about this year’s NBA FINALS.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  The preliminary 3.7 for Game 3 of the NBA FINALS was down 1.5 from last year’s early rating for Game 3.

NBC:  AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR slipped 0.1 to 0.9, and THE INBETWEEN was down 0.1 to 0.5.

CBS:  THE AMAZING RACE (0.8) and NCIS: THE CASES THEY CAN’T FORGET (0.4) were steady, followed by a rerun at 0.4.

FOX:  MASTERCHEF lost 0.1 to 0.7, followed by a rerun at 0.6.

CW:  MY LAST DAYS dropped 0.1 to 0.1, and JANE THE VIRGIN held at 0.2.

Game 5 of the STANLEY CUP FINALS airs on NBC tonight, while FOX has the finale of PARADISE HOTEL and QUEEN OF THE SOUTH returns to USA.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
