BIG BROTHER returned to the summer rotation.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Demo Profile 2015 WED.24 Jun

CBS:  BIG BROTHER’s 2.0 rating was the highest of the night, but it was down 0.3 from the 2014 premiere, and marked the show’s lowest start.  THE BRIEFCASE remained at 0.9.

FOX:  MASTERCHEF and BULLSEYE were each down 0.1, respectively to 1.4 and 0.9.

ABC:  CELEBRITY WIFE SWAP gained 0.1 to 0.9, below the night’s 1.0 MODERN FAMILY rerun.

NBC:  Reruns, led by 1.3 for AMERICA’S GOT TALENT.

CW:  Reruns at 0.3/0.3.

There’s plenty going on tonight, as CBS finally launches its scripted summer schedule with the 2-hour season premiere of UNDER THE DOME after the Thursday installment of BIG BROTHER, and ABC has the season premiere of the far-from-rookie ROOKIE BLUE.  On cable, FX airs the season finale of THE COMEDIANS, and USA adds GRACELAND to its line-up. 

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
