In addition to the shows below, note that the 2d episode of THE KNICK (Cinemax) didn’t make the chart (it was #43 of the night’s cable originals) with a 0.13 rating in 18-49s and 419K total viewers.  That was encouragingly up from last week’s premiere (0.10/354K), although this week’s episode wasn’t available for viewing on VOD and online before its initial airing, as the premiere had been.
