Projected weekly network ratings in prime time (based on four days of official nationals and three days of fast nationals). A very quiet week ending the day before Labor Day, with all four broadcast networks averaging around a 1.0 or 1.1 adult 18-49 rating for the week in prime time.  Collectively, the four networks are down 11% from last week and down 8% from the same week last year.   Viewers will return to NBC in big numbers this week as the NFL season kicks off on Thursday and Sunday nights.
