NETWORK FINALS:  Lots of sports-related adjustments.  On ABC, Game 3 of the NBA FINALS adjusted to 2.2 (down 2.4 from 2019’s Game 3, on a Wednesday in June), and BLACK-ISH lost 0.2 to 0.6.  On CBS, 60 MINUTES adjusted to 1.6/0.7.  NBC’s SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL adjusted to 4.5, down 0.8 from last week’s final number.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  AMC aired its belated season finale of THE WALKING DEAD, which had a 0.87 rating.  This is obviously a unique situation, but for the record it compares to 1.13 for the previous episode in April, 1.02 for the last midseason finale, and 1.86 for last season’s finale.  The network had a solid hold for the series premiere of spin-off WALKING DEAD: WORLD BEYOND at 0.49, and TALKING DEAD returned at 0.20.  On Showtime, the premiere of THE GOOD LORD BIRD was at 0.02/251K and the premiere of THE COMEDY STORE was at 0.02/132K, preceded by THE CIRCUS up 0.03 to 0.04 and OUR CARTOON PRESIDENT up a tick to 0.02/157K, and followed by DESUS & MERO up from zero to 0.03/95K.  On Starz, the midseason finale of POWER BOOK 2: GHOST (scheduled to resume in December) ticked up to 0.18.

HBO’s LAST WEEK TONIGHT lost 0.03 to 0.20, with LOVECRAFT COUNTRY down 0.04 to 0.16, and THE VOW down 0.03 to 0.06.  Adult Swim’s PRIMAL was at 0.22, and TIGTONE was at 0.15/0.14 compared to last week’s 0.19/0.15.  FX’s FARGO was at 0.12 compared to last week’s 0.21/0.13. 

On the unscripted side, TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE gained 0.03 to 0.82 (the after-show was down 0.04 to 0.27), and DARCEY & STACEY was down 0.04 to 0.39.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF THE POTOMAC slipped 0.02 to 0.32.  NBC Sports Net’s PREMIER LEAGUE match was at 0.27.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN WARS dropped 0.04 to 0.23, and OUTRAGEOUS PUMPKINS was down 0.03 to 0.16.  On Discovery, ALASKAN was steady at 0.20, and THE LOST LINCOLN was at 0.11.  On HGTV, RENOVATION INC lost 0.03 to 0.19, MEXICO LIFE was at 0.18/0.15 compared to last week’s 0.16, and BEACHFRONT BARGAIN HUNT was at 0.16/0.14.  On ID, EVIL LIVES HERE was at 0.19, and SIGNS OF A PSYCHOPATH was at 0.19.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE was down 0.03 to 0.09.
