NETWORK FINALS:  The CBS NCAA TOURNAMENT games adjusted to 2.0/2.1 (1.96/2.09 in less-rounded form).  Elsewhere, the rerun of TRIAL & ERROR and the 8PM rerun of SUPERNATURAL each fell 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The NCAA TOURNAMENT was unsurprisingly dominant on cable, with TBS’s Sweet 16 games at 1.49/1.31.  On HGTV, FLIP OR FLOP rose 0.07 to 0.46, and HOUSE HUNTERS was down 0.04 to 0.37.  On History, SWAMP PEOPLE fell 0.08 to 0.44. Tru’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS returned from a week off at 0.42.  On A&E, 60 DAYS IN gained 0.08 to 0.39, and NIGHTWATCH returned at 0.37.  On We, BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES fell 0.05 to 0.33, and HUSTLE & SOUL was down 0.03 to 0.21.  Food Network’s BEAT BOBBY FLAY dropped 0.05 to 0.28.  On TLC, MY 600-LB LIFE gained 0.04 to 0.27, and SKIN TIGHT was down 0.03 to 0.23.  USA’s COLONY was steady at 0.24. The season finale of FX’s BASKETS held at 0.17.  CMT’s SUN RECORDS edged up 0.02 to 0.14.  Comedy Central’s REVIEW ticked down to 0.14.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING fell 0.03 to 0.07.
