SHOWBUZZDAILY FRIDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 1.3.2020

 

The CBS Friday line-up began the new year strongly.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis follows the chart.

CBS:  Airing for the first time since December 13, HAWAII 5-0 rose 0.3 to 0.9, and MAGNUM PI was up 0.2 to 0.8.  BLUE BLOODS had its first new episode since December 6, and was up 0.1 to 0.7. 

FOX:  WWE SMACKDOWN was steady with last week’s 0.7.

ABC:  After reruns at 0.4/0.3, 20/20 gained 0.2 from its last fresh episode to 0.7.

NBC:  After a rerun ELLEN’S GAME OF GAMES at 0.7, DATELINE was up 0.1 to 0.6.

CW:  Reruns at 0.2/0.1.

The NFL PLAYOFFS will dominate today’s ratings.  On Sunday, THE GOLDEN GLOBES air on NBC, and Starz’s POWER returns for its final batch of episodes.
