FOX: The broadcast premiere of FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN dominated the night’s 18-49 ratings at 1.4, roughly double its last 0.67 rating on USA. Similarly, the 3.9M total viewers almost doubled USA’s 2.1M.
NBC: The season premiere of THE BLACKLIST was at 0.5, down 0.4 from last season’s Thursday premiere, and down 0.1 from its first Friday airing. DATELINE was down 0.1 to 0.5.
ABC: AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE fell 0.2 from last week’s season premiere to 0.5, and FRESH OFF THE BOAT (not a rerun) was down 0.1 to 0.4. 20/20 lost 0.1 to 0.5.
CBS: HAWAII 5-0 (0.7), MAGNUM PI (0.6) and BLUE BLOODS (0.6) were all steady.
CW: After reruns at 0.2/0.1, PEAKING was at 0.1/0.1, steady with last week.
Tonight, SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE is hosted by woman of the moment Phoebe Waller-Bridge, with musical guest Taylor Swift. Sunday brings some major arrivals: the series premiere of CW’s BATWOMAN, the final season premiere of USA’s MR. ROBOT, and the season premiere of AMC’s THE WALKING DEAD.
