A good night for some veteran shows.
CBS: UNDERCOVER BOSS started things off nicely, up 0.1 to 1.7, and the momentum continued, as HAWAII 5-0 and BLUE BLOODS both rose 0.2, to 1.7 and 1.6 respectively.
ABC: LAST MAN STANDING tied its best outing of the season, up 0.1 to 1.5, and THE NEIGHBORS was up as well, by 0.3 to 1.1. SHARK TANK, however, dipped 0.1 to 2.1 (still the highest-rated show of the night), and 20/20 was down 0.2 to 1.7.
NBC: After an 0.9 rerun of HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT, a 2-hour DATELINE was down 0.2 from last week to 1.2.
FOX: BONES fell 0.2 to 1.6, and ENLISTED lost last week’s mild signs of life, dropping 0.2 to 0.8. RAISING HOPE was even worse, down 0.2 to 0.6.
CW: The season finale of THE CARRIE DIARIES gained 0.1 to 0.4, slightly better than the 0.3 for a SUPERNATURAL rerun that followed it.
Aside from FOX’s contractually obligated airing of the year’s NFL HONORS special, everything tonight is a rerun. SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE features host Melissa McCarthy and musical guests Imagine Dragons. One note: HBO will premiere this week’s episodes of GIRLS and LOOKING tonight; TRUE DETECTIVE is preempted for the week. On Sunday, rumor has it that a football game is being played, and afterward FOX wil air special new episodes of NEW GIRL and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE.
