ABC: The 2-hour ONCE UPON A TIME season finale was steady with last week’s 1.7, but down a significant 0.6 from the 2014 season finale. REVENGE had its final farewell at 1.3, up 0.1 from last week. The night started with AMERICA’S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS, which stayed at last week’s basketball-boosted 1.4.
CBS: After 2 hours of 60 MINUTES at 1.1/1.2 (the first hour was up 0.2 from last week’s regular episode), THE GOOD WIFE season finale was up a healthy 0.3 to 1.2, which was steady with last year’s finale. BATTLE CREEK is now playing out its string, up 0.1 to 0.8.
NBC: The network has decided not to reveal the fates of AD: THE BIBLE CONTINUES and AMERICAN ODYSSEY until after the Upfronts, but last night certainly didn’t help: AD was down 0.2 to 0.9, and ODYSSEY stayed at 0.5. The night started with a 1.4 PGA GOLF overrun, then 0.9 for DATELINE.
FOX: After 0.5/0.6 for reruns of THE SIMPSONS and BOB’S BURGERS, the night’s new SIMPSONS was down 0.1 to 1.2, the same as the night’s steady BROOKLYN NINE-NINE. After that, a rerun FAMILY GUY was at 1.2, the same rating as a new BOB’S BURGERS.
Tonight’s season finales include CW’s THE ORIGINALS and JANE THE VIRGIN, and CASTLE on ABC. In addition, A&E has season finales of BATES MOTEL and THE RETURNED.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
