CW: The premiere of the final season of NIKITA may make CW wonder why it bothered, with a virtually invisible 0.2. That was even worse than the 0.3 for THE CARRIE DIARIES, even with last week.
NBC: After more than a week of JFK specials, those interested had likely been sated elsewhere, as WHERE WERE YOU THE DAY JFK DIED? managed just a 1.1, the same as its DATELINE lead-in. (That was still better in the 10PM hour than Dracula has been doing, though.)
CBS: An UNDERCOVER BOSS clip show was at 1.4, down 0.3 from last week’s original episode. HAWAII 5-0 was down 0.1 to 1.5, and BLUE BLOODS was also at 1.5, although for that show it meant an 0.1 rise.
ABC: LAST MAN STANDING held at 1.2, and for what it’s worth, THE NEIGHBORS rose 0.1 to 0.9. The highest rated show of the night on any network was SHARK TANK, up 0.1 to 1.8. 20/20 rose 0.3 to 1.6.
FOX: BONES was up an encouraging 0.3 to 1.5 at 8PM, while RAISING HOPE at least moved in the right direction, up 0.1 in each half-hour to 0.9/0.8.
It’s college football on 2 networks tonight, and reruns on the rest. SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE features Catching Fire co-star Josh Hutcherson as host with HAIM as musical guest. On Sunday, the big event is the AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS on ABC, while HBO airs the season finale of BOARDWALK EMPIRE and launches a pair of short-run comedies, GETTING ON and JA’MIE: PRIVATE SCHOOL GIRL.
